I rung around several dentists before settling on Tender Dental Care. They could see me weeks ahead of any other practice but what sold it to me was the fact that the dentist himself answered the phone and was really friendly. I was so nervous about going and actually quite embarrassed about the state of my teeth but Dr. Bilverdi was not only patient but totally non-judgemental. He explained everything that was happening and didn’t go straight in for “you need lots of fillings”, which is always a concern when you pay privately. He instead gave me a whole range of options to consider in my own time. Dr. Bilverdi really took his time with me and at no point did I feel rushed or like I couldn’t ask more questions. Hope is also lovely and the quiet, nicely decorated environment is so much nicer than the usual bustling dentist waiting room. I was the only person on site during the appointment. As a very nervous patient (we're talking panic attack in the waiting room in the past) Dr. Bilverdi and his nurse have been exceptional. I'm no longer scared to go to the dentist! I needed an urgent appointment because of a tooth infection. I was seen to really quickly, treated with antibiotics. The tooth was taken out a week later.
