As a very nervous patient (we're talking panic attack in the waiting room in the past) Dr. Bilverdi and his nurse have been exceptional. I'm no longer scared to go to the dentist! He has a very calming and reassuring manner and takes the time to explain everything clearly. A single-dentist practice that has been there for 26 years, with a nurse who has worked with him for 15 years, is the main reason I chose this practice. That's not to say the other practices in the area aren't good. But I found Dr Bilverdi to be outstanding in all areas. As an anxious patient, it's good to know who I'm seeing every time. It's refreshing when you call to make an appointment, and the dentist answers the phone, and then when you arrive, he is sitting at the reception desk to greet you. Had to have several injections today and can honestly say that I barely felt a thing with zero pain! The numbing spray before the injections worked brilliantly. They could see me weeks ahead of any other practice but what sold it to me was the fact that the dentist himself answered the phone and was really friendly. I have been seeing Dr Bilverdi for nearly 20 years now. His care and attention to detail is first class and I have never had any trouble with his work. No filling or crown has fallen out and no treatment has had to be repeated. If you are not cleaning any areas he will point this out.
